Pour votre information, on publie ici le mail que Maritchu Rall vient de recevoir du Comité Gouvernemental de la Charte Sociale Européenne, précisant que l'AIC est reconduite sur la liste des OING habilitées à faire des réclamations collectives.
Dear Confreres,
Peace!
I am herewith sending you a copy of a study I made on Continental Representation at the General Council. I am sending the French and the English (original) versions. I have also a version in Spanish, for those who want.
I am hoping it could be helpful in the discussion on the matter at the forthcoming General Assembly. If you have questions or comments on it, please feel free to send them to me.
My prayers go with you as you deliberate on the important issues concerning our beloved Congregation.
Yours sincerely in St. Vincent,

CHANGER LE REGARD SUR LES MIGRATIONS :
un grand défi
09 March 2010
Dear Brian,
May the peace of Christ remain in us!
I have just presented my quarterly report to the Superior General and his Council. During this session, an inquiry was made on the progress of the preparation or planning for the sessions on Systemic Change in Europe. I simply stated that up to this time I have yet to receive anything on the matter from you or other Visitors or Vincentian Family groups in Europe. I have been instructed to write this letter precisely to find out about any plans, if such exist, towards holding sessions of this nature, either on the continental level or on the level of linguistic groups. I was made to understand that the CEVIM will hold its continental meeting during one of the days of the General Assembly. It was suggested that this matter of the Systemic Change sessions be among the topics to be discussed by the European Visitors.
As I have stated in my letter last year, if the groups in Europe are expecting help in organizing these meetings from the Vincentian Family Office here in Rome or from Fr. Maloney’s group in the Commission for Promoting Systemic Change, it would be helpful to us and to Fr. Maloney to know in what form this assistance will take. At the very least we would appreciate to know the dates for such sessions so that we can begin to calendar them. I am aware that the European Visitors were not thinking of 2010 for these sessions but rather 2011. Still, because of other commitments, planning a year ahead would be advisable. However, if no assistance is expected from us, kindly let me know so that I can inform the General and his Council accordingly.
Wishing you the blessings of Lent as we continue to journey with Christ towards Easter, I remain
Yours in St. Vincent,
Manuel Ginete CM
Delegate for the Vincentian Family
